Angus (pictured above) graduated from Edinburgh University with an MA Honours degree in French and History of Art. Before forming L & J Gull, he spent six years at Phillips fine art auctioneers in London, training and working in a variety of departments. His areas of specialist knowledge encompass paintings, furniture, silver, books, ceramics, works of art and collectors’ items.
